INFORMATION NOTICE ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Art. 13 of the new European Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (GDPR) and art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 as amended
Data Controller and Processor
The Controller of the processing operations described is Fondazione Ennio De Rigo, with registered office at Zona Industriale Villanova, 12 – 32013 Longarone (BL), Italy.
The processing operations will be carried out by persons designated by the Controller and/or by the Data Processor, who will operate under their direct authority in compliance with the instructions received.
Purpose of the processing
We inform you that the personal data you voluntarily provide will be processed by Fondazione Ennio De Rigo, as Controller of the processing of personal data, in order to:
a) provide the requested service and enable Fondazione Ennio De Rigo to carry out the assessment relating to that service;
b) provide you with commercial and/or promotional information as well as send you advertising material or carry out direct sales activities or commercial communications regarding products, services and other activities of Fondazione Ennio De Rigo, or conduct market research. Subject to your express consent, the data may also be transmitted to companies affiliated with or external to Fondazione Ennio De Rigo, as well as to their partner companies, which may process them to provide commercial and/or promotional information, send advertising material, carry out direct sales activities or interactive commercial communications regarding products, services and other activities of the aforementioned companies, or conduct market research.
With regard to the processing referred to in point a), Fondazione Ennio De Rigo carries out the processing on the basis of its legitimate interest in managing the requests addressed to it. With regard to purpose b), data subjects will be asked to provide explicit consent.
Method of processing
The processing of data for each of the purposes set out above will be carried out using paper, electronic or telematic means, in any case suitable to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the processing.
The personal data you voluntarily provide to Fondazione Ennio De Rigo, transmitted by any means (completion of online forms, sending of email communications, etc.), will be stored in a management application of Fondazione Ennio De Rigo solely for the purposes indicated above and for the period required by the applicable regulations.
If you have consented to the processing of your personal data for the purpose referred to in point a), your contact details will be retained until the activities relating to the call for applications have been completed.
If you have consented to the processing of your personal data for the purposes referred to in point b), your contact details will be retained until you withdraw your consent to the processing of your data.
For the purposes of this paragraph, Fondazione Ennio De Rigo undertakes to observe specific security measures to prevent data loss, unlawful or incorrect use and unauthorised access, in full compliance with the applicable laws and regulations.
Mandatory/optional nature of providing the data
The provision of data is optional.
However, the data subject’s refusal to provide their personal data for the purposes referred to in points b), c) or d) will make it impossible for the Controller to send commercial proposals and information about the organisation’s activities.
Parties to whom personal data may be disclosed or who may become aware of it as processors or persons in charge of processing
Your data may be disclosed to external companies whose collaboration Fondazione Ennio De Rigo deems appropriate to use, which in any case guarantee the adoption of security and confidentiality criteria equivalent to those adopted by Fondazione Ennio De Rigo and which will operate as external Data Processors, such as IT service providers, website management providers and agencies.
Your personal data may be disclosed to third parties to comply with legal obligations, to comply with orders issued by public authorities, or to exercise a right in legal proceedings. In addition, subject to your consent, your data may be disclosed to third-party companies as indicated in point d) of this notice.
Rights of the data subject
The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning them exists and to have it communicated in an intelligible form.
The data subject has the right to know the content and origin of the personal data.
The data subject also has the right to obtain:
a) the updating, rectification or, where they have an interest therein, the integration of the data;
b) the erasure, anonymisation or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which it was collected or subsequently processed;
c) confirmation that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been notified, including as regards their content, to those to whom the data was communicated or disclosed, except where this proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right being protected.
Finally, the data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part:
a) on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning them, even if relevant to the purpose of the collection;
b) to the processing of personal data concerning them for the purpose of sending advertising material or direct sales, or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
In any case, the data subject remains free at any time to withdraw the consent they have given, or to exercise the rights set out above, by sending an informal communication to this effect to Fondazione Ennio De Rigo at the address info@fondazionederigo.org
