The Project

Fondazione De Rigo H.E.ART ETS Onlus supported the “PerCorso di empowerment”, an initiative aimed at young women aged 16 to 19 living in the Cadore area, with the goal of strengthening awareness of their rights and their personal and professional potential.

This educational experience was designed to inspire young women and encourage them to actively contribute to the political, economic, and social development of their communities.

A comprehensive learning journey

Launched in December and developed over the following months, the program included around ten sessions featuring workshops and regular meetings.

Activities were led by qualified speakers, including gender equality experts, university professors, and local professionals, providing participants with practical tools and opportunities for discussion and exchange.

Women’s leadership and role models

A key element of the program was the direct engagement with prominent female figures from institutional, business, and professional fields, including:

Giustina Destro, regional representative of the Marisa Bellisario Foundation
Eleonora Pinzuti, lecturer in university master’s programs

They were joined by local public administrators and entrepreneurs who took part in a public roundtable discussion.

A shared initiative for the local community

The project, supported by the Municipalities of Pieve di Cadore and Auronzo, was carried out with the support of Confindustria Belluno Dolomiti and the Marisa Bellisario Foundation – Veneto delegation.

An initiative with a broad vision, contributing to the promotion of gender equality and to the empowerment of younger generations within the local community.
